Repeat prescription requests are now available to be booked easily online. In the interest of better health care and monitoring, online-booked repeat prescriptions will only be issued for existing patients of the clinic. These requests will be assessed by your doctor, who will approve your request or decline the request on clinical grounds, where you will be advised to make an appointment.

A fee will be charged for your request that cannot be reimbursed by Medicare.

Requests for repeat prescriptions may take up to three business days to be processed. Urgent requests will be completed within 24 hours, however; this is subject to the GP receiving the request and having approved the request on clinical grounds.
